Refund and Partial Refund Policy

At Renetia, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products designed for personal beauty, skin, and hair care. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and product safety, we maintain a strict no-returns policy.

Eligibility for Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds of 50% of the original purchase price may be granted under specific circumstances, subject to review and approval by our customer support team.
  • To qualify for a partial refund, the customer must report the issue within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must not have been used beyond 30% of their total content.
  • Sale items, promotional offers, gift cards, and opened or heavily used items are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned after more than 7 days from delivery.
  • Accessories that are subject to personal use (hairbrushes, applicators, holders) once opened.
